Truly for You are delighted to receive your order and aim to provide a first-class customer experience. However, please read the following, as placing an order through this website constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions below:
Personalised Keepsake Gifts
All our designs are original and are covered by copyright. It is an infringement of copyright to copy in full or in part any of the designs shown in our photographs.
Our keepsakes are handmade and hand painted to order so that your keepsake will truly be unique. We cold cast each one individually resulting in a ceramic-like ornament that is then hand finished, hand painted and decorated with extreme care and lots of love.
We put a great deal of effort into our colour choices and continuity of shades. Colours will be as close as possible to the photographs; unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor.
We carefully source the embellishments/ribbons etc we use to decorate and enhance the keepsakes. We aim to keep more than sufficient numbers in stock, however occasionally the embellishments /ribbons etc may vary slightly due to supplies being either temporarily or permanently unavailable.
NOT A TOY
All our keepsakes are fragile, personalised decorative ornaments created truly for you. Whether you chose to order for yourself or give one as a gift including a special message to a loved one, or mark a special celebration or festivity, we must emphasise that our keepsakes are NOT TOYS. Being ornaments, purely intended for decorative use, naturally they are not designed for children under the age of 14 to play with and must always be kept well out of the reach of children. Any keepsakes you wish to display by hanging on a Christmas tree or similar must be hung at the top of the tree and always kept well out of the reach of children. NB: With care keepsakes will last indefinitely.
PAYMENT POLICY
NO PAYMENT INFORMATION IS ASKED FOR ON THIS SITE because Truly for You ONLY accepts Paypal or any credit card accepted through Paypal. (PayPal uses secure encryption so your details are protected.)
Payment
Full payment via Paypal is required at the time of order as the products are bespoke in nature.
Note: we may refuse to accept an order if:
1. We do not receive your payment
2. Requests for personalised messages contain content which may cause offence.
In any refusal, we will immediately refund the Paypal account used to pay for the item, for the total amount debited, where a Paypal account has been charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All our keepsake gifts are bespoke/personalised truly for you, we can only accept a cancellation of an order if we have NOT STARTED the personalisation process. So if you feel at any point after ordering that you would like to or need to cancel then please CONTACT us IMMEDIATELY.
Providing we have NOT started the personalisation process we will happily accept your cancellation request and refund any payment made. Please be aware though, that we strive to complete orders as soon as possible after receipt and are proud of our reputation of despatching items quickly and efficiently.
DELIVERY POLICY
Despatch and Delivery
Our aim is to post all orders within 1 – 2 business days after receiving cleared payment, by Royal Mail, second class basic tracked service.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address including the post code.
Actual DELIVERY times – which are out of our control - may vary, especially during peak periods. Once posted, we can only leave it to Royal Mail to deliver as soon as possible.
Failed Delivery:
Where delivery has been attempted and the addressee has not collected the package or rearranged delivery promptly, the package may be returned to us. This may also occur if an incorrect delivery address has been provided. In these cases, we can resend your order at a pre-agreed cost.
REFUNDS/ RETURNS
Because our personalised keepsake gifts are individually made for you and bespoke in nature, our refund/ return policy does not apply unless the item is faulty, arrives damaged or an error has been made on our part in not carrying out your order request correctly. This does NOT affect your statutory rights. To receive a refund or replacement under the terms of the above paragraph, please advise us as soon as possible after RECEIPT of the item if there is ANY problem. By alerting us of any problems immediately we will be in a better position to replace this important made to order item for you.
We may require an email with a photograph attachment, showing our error or the fault/ damage to the goods, which is a speedy low cost alternative to you returning the keepsake. Once we have received the photo email we will contact you to agree appropriate action in resolving the issue.
If however YOU decide to return the keepsake by post, without us requesting you to do so, we will NOT refund the return postage. If WE require any keepsake that there is a problem with, to be returned to us, we will advise you AND supply you with a prepaid return package free of charge.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information you provide will never be shared, rented, sold, or traded to any other party and is only used for the purpose you intended. We treat your details as personal and confidential.
No financial information is held by us. All shopping transactions are processed using PayPal and no credit/debit card details are sent to us. PayPal uses secure encryption so your details are protected.
We accept no liability for consequential loss and can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.
